ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL
We take pride in providing a safe, clean, and Covid free environment, therefore we must limit the amount of guests we can allow in the building. NO ADDITIONAL GUEST INCLUDING KIDS are allowed at appointment.
RUNNING LATE?
Here at Mariah Lasha Skin Studio we take pride in providing prompt services for the convenience of our clients. It is important for us to provide each guest with awesome services. We provide a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes of being late, the appointment will be canceled. Please, note this is a very strict policy that must be upheld for us to continue to provide all clients the prompt service we promise.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE
Time allocated for an appointment is reserved specially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; Therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24hour notice for adjustments to your appointment for cancellations to have the option to reschedule.
Appointments can only be rescheduled once.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
At this time we cannot provide refunds or exchanges. All sales final.
LIABILITY
All brushes, makeup and skin care products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between EVERY client. Makeup and skin care products that are used cater to all skin types and skin tones and are suitable for sensitive skin. Any skin condition MUST be reported to Mariah Lasha Skin Studio prior to application. If needed, a patch test will be performed for any skin sensitivities.
